Empowering Learners

As Curriculum for Excellence becomes embedded in Scottish schools, children are having more say in the nature and direction of their learning.   Some of the UK’s leading educationists and researchers, including Dylan Wiliam, Brian Boyd and Steven Heppell believe that helping children and young people achieve greater ownership of their learning is one of the cornerstones of Curriculum for Excellence.
